Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment
- Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone to cancel
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions
- Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in reduced service time or rescheduling
